 The count for rambler is artifically high because it reloads every time the page it appears on is loaded, even from cached. This means it increments everytime your page is viewed, even it that be from hitting the back button.
 It is always fast. Portions of the site a written in Russian, and the service may actually only be offered to Russian sites.
